Did any of you watch Narutaru? It's been a while since I've seen any anime (not that I don't like it, just that I haven't watched any TV at all lately), but I'd definitely submit that to the group of weird/twisted series. It starts off like a girly kids-and-their-cute-power-creatures show and then turns into dark and gore-filled episodes of children murdering each other.

This isn't everything I watched I guess as I can think of quite a few not there off the top of my head. Also doesn't include any of the large number of shit I watched on Tech TV/Sci-Fi/Cartoon Network. ALSO, doesn't seem like any of you have watched Baccano! Fucking do it.

I just watch some death scene from that with worms and heads being cut off wtf. its some kids show in japan too

Samurai 7 has pretty decent English voice actors, a lot are noticeably terrible. I prefer the more dialogue driven shows in English anyway, having it in a different language is like reading a book with moving pictures in the background.

i cant stand english dubs unless they are miyazaki movies or cowboy bebop. Anime English voice actors tend to be the same 3 people and are dull as fuck when they speak. through subs can be annoying as shit if youre trying to eat and watch |

Watched about six episodes of Gantz and just... Couldn't like it.
Still have Berserk and Samurai 7 to watch, and gonna download Serial Experiment Lain and Dennō Coil

DON'T WATCH GANTZ. MADE NO SENSE AND MADE ME RAGE. D:
THE ACTION SEQUENCES EVEN SUCK, AS THEY'RE PACED ALL WRONG AND INTERRUPTED FAR TOO OFTEN BY IRRELEVANT DIALOGUE. ALL THE ROMANCE IS TOSSED ASIDE FOR CHEAP MOMENTS WHERE THE AUDIENCE IS FORCED TO BE SAD.
THEN ENDING IS JUST THAT: AN ENDING. NO EXPLANATION.
